Despite a myriad of new risks emerging this past year, slips, trips and falls remain the number one source of claims.

These days, hotels face an increasing number of complex data security and pandemic-related risks, but the majority of claims still come from slips, trips and falls. These accidents occur in public and private areas and claims come from guests and staff alike, but there are remedies.

In a recent article, specialty insurance carrier Distinguished Programs explains that many of these claims can be avoided by taking the right precautions.
