Summary/Objective
The Family Office Executive will work under the direction of the Personal Risk and Family Office Practice Leader in collaboration with the Personal Risk Management team. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for representing G2 with high net worth clients, prospects, and business partners. The incumbent will also work cross-functionally across all lines of business within the company.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing ultra-high net worth family’s insurance and risks while working closely with their full advisory teams.
- Attending carrier and industry functions when possible as G2 representative
- Representing G2 in professional/leadership COI relationship building in local area and other locations with Practice Leader
- Assist Practice Leader in hiring process for all future roles
- Pro-actively advise clients to exceed the client’s service expectations
- Performing pre-renewal processes per the guidelines of the G2 Way
- Managing expiration reports, renewals, and endorsements in a timely manner
- Advising and educating clients regarding coverage, exclusions, and exposures
- Conducting face to face or video conference meetings as regular COI and client communication
- Responding to and resolving client issues regarding coverage questions and/or other related issues
- Maintaining appropriate documentation in EPIC of service, marketing, and policy communications with clients and carriers
- Negotiating rates and coverage terms with insurers and MGAs for optimal client results
- Professionally representing G2 with premier insurers and manage carrier updates
- Continually striving to find new, cutting edge solutions and resources that meet current and future needs of UHNW and family office clientele
- Reporting claims and acting as liaison/advocate for client through entire process
- Assisting in the growth, retention, and marketing of the G2 book of business
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities with team, current clients, new prospect
- Promoting G2 positively in social media by posting new and resharing content
- Creating or assisting with creation of content for family office and UHNW clientele
Applicants must meet these requirements
- Current Property & Casualty License with a minimum of five years of personal insurance experience
- Strong working knowledge of insurance carrier websites and proficient in their rating systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide non-technical explanations to technical matters, and summarize and present information in a clear, concise and accurate written and verbal format
- Good time-management skills, organizational skills, multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize
- Ability to work as part of a team, independently, lead and mentor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Applications
- Experience using EPIC is preferred
- Insurance designations such as CIC or CISR a plus

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional field and office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Extended work hours required on occasion due to networking and industry functions that begin well before the workday and may extend well into the evening.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Travel
15% – 30% travel may be required. Trips ranging from one day to one week, both in and out of state. Incumbent must have a valid driver’s license with dependable transportation.
